THE METHOD

Dr. Moshé Feldenkrais (1904–1984), the founder of the FELDENKRAIS® Method, was inspired by the “organic learning” of young children. He observed that children are true masters of their own learning process, adapting and developing naturally as they grow.

As passionate researcher, Moshé Feldenkrais approached movement with curiosity and rigor. As an engineer, physicist, and judo master, he explored the logic of movement from various perspectives, integrating science, martial arts, and an understanding of human development to create a revolutionary method for improving body awareness and function.
